Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Subsly, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Subsly's mobile application, website, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Description of Service

Subsly is a subscription management platform that helps users:

  • Track and manage multiple subscriptions in one place
  • Receive renewal reminders and payment notifications
  • Monitor subscription spending and usage patterns
  • Store subscription credentials securely
  • Analyze subscription costs and ROI
  • Manage business and personal subscriptions separately

Important: Subsly is a tracking tool only. We do not process payments, cancel subscriptions, or manage accounts on behalf of third-party services. You must manage subscriptions directly with service providers.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation
  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
  • You must provide accurate, complete information during registration
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
3.2 Account Security

You agree to:

  • Use a strong, unique password for your Subsly account
  • Not share your account credentials with others
  • Log out from shared or public devices
  • Enable two-factor authentication if available
3.3 Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the app settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

When using Subsly, you agree NOT to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Upload viruses, malware, or malicious code
  • Scrape, spider, or harvest data from the Service
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
  • Use the Service to spam, harass, or harm others
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service's functionality
  • Create multiple accounts to abuse free trials or promotional offers

5. Subscription Plans and Payments

5.1 Free Plan

Subsly offers a free plan with basic subscription tracking features. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free plan at any time with notice.

5.2 Premium Plans

Premium subscriptions offer additional features:

  • Unlimited subscription tracking
  • Advanced analytics and insights
  • Custom reminder schedules
  • Business subscription management
  • Priority customer support
  • Credential storage and encryption
5.3 Billing and Renewals
  • Premium subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers
  • All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors
  • Refunds are subject to our refund policy (see Section 6)
5.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your premium subscription at any time from the app settings or your app store account. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

6. Refund Policy

  • 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: New premium subscribers can request a full refund within 14 days of initial purchase
  • Pro-rated Refunds: Not available for partial billing periods
  • App Store Purchases: Refunds for purchases through Google Play or Apple App Store are subject to their respective refund policies
  • Technical Issues: If you experience service disruptions due to our fault, contact support for potential credit or refund

To request a refund, contact support@subsly.app with your account details and reason for refund.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points:

  • We collect and store subscription data you input into the app
  • Credentials are encrypted using industry-standard encryption
  • We do not sell your personal data to third parties
  • You own your data and can export or delete it at any time
  • We use analytics to improve the Service

8. Intellectual Property Rights

8.1 Our Property

The Service, including all content, features, functionality, design, source code, and technology, is owned by Subsly and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any data you input into Subsly. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your data solely to provide the Service.

8.3 Trademarks

Subsly, the Subsly logo, and related marks are trademarks of Subsly. You may not use these marks without our express written permission.

9. Third-Party Services

Subsly may integrate with or display information about third-party services:

  • We are not responsible for third-party services' availability, functionality, or policies
  • Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience only
  • You are responsible for reviewing third parties' terms and privacy policies
  • We do not endorse or guarantee third-party services

10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

10.1 Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Complete accuracy of subscription data or reminders
  • Security against unauthorized access
  • Compatibility with all devices or operating systems
10.2 Limitation of Liability

Important Legal Notice:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Subsly shall not be liable for:

  • Missed renewal reminders or notifications
  • Late payment fees or subscription cancellations
  • Loss of data or unauthorized access to your account
  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Lost profits, revenue, or business opportunities

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10.3 User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • Managing and cancelling subscriptions with service providers
  • Ensuring payment information with third parties is current
  • Verifying subscription costs and renewal dates
  • Monitoring your bank accounts and credit cards

Subsly is a tracking tool, not a payment or account management service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Subsly, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Your violation of applicable laws or regulations

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Informal Resolution

Before filing a claim, please contact us at support@subsly.app to resolve disputes informally.

12.2 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law principles.

12.3 Arbitration

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court litigation, except for claims that may be brought in small claims court.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Subsly regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
